1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the Grablis website, or by placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our other applicable policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the website or place an order through Grablis.

2. About Grablis & Print-on-Demand

Grablis operates using a print-on-demand business model. Products may be produced after an order is placed rather than being held as traditional ready-to-ship inventory.

To fulfil orders, Grablis may use third-party production, fulfilment, packaging, payment and shipping service providers. These partners may manufacture, process, pack or transport an order on behalf of Grablis.

The use of such service providers does not change the fact that the customer places the order with Grablis.

3. Eligibility to Use Grablis

You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into a purchase transaction with Grablis.

If you are using Grablis on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website and purchases made through it comply with applicable laws.

4. Customer Accounts & Information

Certain features of Grablis may require you to create an account or provide personal information.

You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorization, please contact Grablis as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Product Information & Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other product information accurately.

However, actual product colours may vary slightly from images shown on your screen because of differences in displays, lighting, printing processes and other factors.

Apparel products may also have reasonable manufacturing and measurement variations. Please check the applicable size chart before placing an order.

Product-specific eligibility for defects, misprints, damage, incorrect products, size discrepancies and other issues is governed by our Refund & Return Policy .

6. Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order on Grablis, you are making a request to purchase the selected products at the displayed price and under the applicable terms.

An order confirmation indicates that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that Grablis has accepted the order in every circumstance.

Grablis may need to cancel or decline an order in circumstances such as:

• Product or service availability issues
• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Payment-related issues
• Fraud prevention or suspicious activity
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Delivery serviceability limitations
• Technical or system errors
• Other legitimate operational or legal reasons

If an order is cancelled by Grablis after payment has been successfully received, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the cancellation and applicable law.

7. Customer Responsibility for Order Details

Before completing an order, you are responsible for checking the selected product, size, colour, quantity, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and other order information.

Grablis cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after an order has entered processing or fulfilment.

8. Made-to-Order Products

Many Grablis products are made or printed after an order is placed. This means that the product may enter production specifically for your order, and cancellation may not be possible once production or fulfilment has started.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible and within 2 hours of placing the order. A cancellation request can only be processed if the order has not yet entered production or fulfilment. Because products may be made specifically for an order, cancellation may no longer be possible once production or fulfilment has started.

If an eligible cancellation is accepted before production or fulfilment begins, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable payment-processing requirements. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking system.

9. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Product prices are displayed on the Grablis website and may change from time to time.

The applicable price, taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown during the purchase process before the order is completed.

Grablis may correct obvious pricing, typographical or technical errors. If an order has been placed using an incorrect price caused by an obvious error, we may contact you regarding the correction or cancel the affected order where appropriate.

Available payment methods may include prepaid online payment methods and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to product, PIN code, order eligibility, courier and other applicable conditions. Prepaid orders may be eligible for free shipping as stated at checkout. COD orders are subject to the applicable COD charge shown at checkout.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If COD is available for your eligible order, an additional COD charge of ₹99 will apply unless otherwise stated at checkout. You agree to pay the complete remaining applicable COD amount at the time of delivery.

Customers should place COD orders only when they genuinely intend to purchase the product and should remain available to receive the shipment. Grablis may require order confirmation before a COD order is released for fulfilment.

Refusing a COD order, providing incorrect information, being repeatedly unavailable or otherwise causing a delivery failure may result in the order being returned to origin.

Further consequences of failed deliveries or RTO situations are governed by our Shipping Policy and applicable Refund & Return Policy .

11. Shipping & Delivery

Grablis currently provides shipping only within India, subject to PIN-code and courier serviceability.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on the destination, production requirements, courier network and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Third-Party Fulfilment & Service Providers

Grablis may work with third-party service providers for product manufacturing, printing, fulfilment, packaging, payment processing, technology and delivery.

These providers may process information or perform services necessary to complete your order.

Grablis may change or replace service providers where reasonably necessary for operational, commercial, technical or service-related reasons.

13. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, returns, refunds and replacements are subject to specific eligibility requirements.

Product-related issues such as genuine manufacturing defects, significant printing defects, transit damage or receipt of an incorrect product may be reviewed for an appropriate resolution after verification.

Wrong-size selections, change of mind, personal preference and other non-defective reasons are subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Grablis name, logo, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text, layouts, original artwork and other content available through the website are owned by or licensed to Grablis and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, commercially exploit or otherwise use Grablis content or branding without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

15. Customer-Submitted Content

If Grablis allows customers to submit reviews, photographs, feedback, comments or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit is lawful and does not violate the rights of another person or entity.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, hateful, infringing, misleading or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

Grablis may remove or restrict content that violates applicable requirements or these Terms.

16. Prohibited Use of the Website

You agree not to use Grablis for:

• Fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with website security or functionality
• Introducing malicious code, viruses or harmful software
• Scraping or copying website content without permission
• Impersonating Grablis or another person or business
• Abusing promotions, discounts or payment systems
• Any activity prohibited by applicable law

17. Discounts, Offers & Promotions

Grablis may occasionally provide discount codes, promotional offers, sale prices or other promotional benefits.

Each promotion may have its own eligibility requirements, validity period, product exclusions, minimum order value or other conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value.

Grablis reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel a promotion where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected misuse or technical error.

18. Website Availability & Technical Issues

We aim to keep the Grablis website available and functioning properly, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, internet or hosting issues, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Grablis may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or services when reasonably necessary.

19. Third-Party Websites & Services

The Grablis website may use or link to third-party services, payment providers, courier services, social platforms or other external websites.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services may therefore also be subject to the applicable third-party terms.

20. Limitation of Liability

Grablis will take reasonable steps to provide the products and services described on our website. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Grablis will not be responsible for losses or delays arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This may include events such as natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, widespread technical failures, courier network disruptions or other force majeure events.

21. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Grablis will not be considered in breach of these Terms to the extent that performance is prevented, delayed or materially affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, public emergencies, strikes, transportation disruptions, infrastructure failures, major technical outages or other unforeseen events.

Where reasonably possible, Grablis will take appropriate steps to resume affected services or fulfilment.

22. Suspension or Termination

Grablis may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account or certain website features where reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, security concerns or violation of these Terms.

Any rights or obligations that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

23. Privacy & Personal Information

Grablis collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

By using Grablis and placing an order, you acknowledge that your information may need to be processed and shared with relevant service providers where necessary to provide payment, fulfilment, shipping, customer support and other services.

24. Changes to These Terms

Grablis may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, legal requirements or other operational needs.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute arising in connection with your use of Grablis or purchase from Grablis will be subject to the applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms and jurisdiction available under Indian law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
